Tahoe Vista

Tahoe Vista consists of three primary neighborhoods.  Tahoe Vista "proper", is located within walking distance to spectacular "Moon Dune" beach and is bordered by open space with hiking/biking/x-country ski trails.  Tahoe Estates, is bordered by the North Tahoe Regional Park, which offers a wide variety of amenities including tennis courts, baseball/softball/soccer fields, par-course, nature trail, children's play area, Nordic skiing, snowmobile rentals, children's snow hill and much more.  Tahoe Marina Estates, is an intimate subdivision that consists of fewer than 100 parcels. Open space on the north enhances the uniquely private setting and "old growth" sugar pine trees dot the landscape.
